12 NEW AWS SERVICES
AWS reInvent is the annual AWS conference held in Las Vegas, which this year celebrates its 10th anniversary. re:Invent is back as an in person event for 2021, after the 2020 event ran online only due to Covid 19. Therefore, Team ClayDesk is excited to be a part of AWS reinvent bringing you 12 NEW AWS SERVICES announced by new AWS CEO Adam Selipsky.
Additionally, take the course.
1. GRAVITRON3
Thus, at its annual re:Invent conference, AWS today announced the newest generation of its Arm-based Graviton processors: the Graviton 3. Therefore, the company promises that the new chip will be 25 percent faster than the last-generation chips, with 2x faster floating-point performances and a 3x speedup for machine-learning workloads. AWS also promises that the new chips will use 60 percent less power.
Hence, these new chips will power the new EC2 C7g instances on the AWS cloud. These new instances will also be the first ones to use DDR5 memory, one of the reasons why the new instances will use less power.
After all, this new memory option will deliver 50 percent higher bandwidth than the DDR4 memory in the last generation of Graviton chips.
Hear the latest and be inspired. Hear the latest from AWS at re:Invent. Be the first to learn about new product launches

2. C7G INSTANCE FOR EC2
Therefore, Amazon EC2 C7g instances, powered by the latest generation AWS Graviton3 processors, provide the best price performance in Amazon EC2 for compute-intensive workloads. C7g instances are ideal for high performance computing (HPC), batch processing, electronic design automation (EDA), gaming, video encoding, scientific modeling, distributed analytics, CPU-based machine learning (ML) inference, and ad-serving
Hence, they offer up to 25% better performance over the sixth generation AWS Graviton2-based C6g instances. C7g instances are the first in the cloud to feature DDR5 memory, which provides 50% higher memory bandwidth compared to DDR4 memory to enable high-speed access to data in memory.

3. TRN1 INSTANCE FOR EC2
Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) Trn1 instances will deliver the best price performance for training deep learning models in the cloud for use cases such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, search, recommendation, ranking, and more.
Trn1 instances are powered by AWS Trainium, the second machine learning (ML) chip built by AWS that is optimized for high-performance deep learning training.
Trn1 instances support up to 16 AWS Trainium accelerators, up to 800 Gbps of Elastic Fabric Adapter (EFA) networking bandwidth, and 768 GB/s of ultra-high-speed, NeuronLink connectivity.
4. AWS MAINFRAME MODERNIZATION
Thus, AWS Mainframe modernization helps enterprise customers to modernize their mainframe based workloads. These are assessing and analyzing those workloads, then helping to replatform or refactor the workloads to deploy and run on AWS.
After all, AWS Mainframe Modernization, a new service that makes it faster and easier for customers to migrate mainframe and legacy workloads to the cloud. Also, enjoy the superior agility, elasticity, and cost savings of AWS. Thus, with AWS Mainframe Modernization, customers can refactor their mainframe workloads. For instance, to run on AWS by transforming legacy applications into modern Java-based cloud services.
Therefore, a runtime environment built into AWS Mainframe Modernization provides the necessary compute, memory, and storage. Hence, are provided and refactored and replatformed applications. Above all, they automatically handle the details. For example, capacity provisioning, security, load balancing, auto-scaling, and application health monitoring.
